Ras Al Khaimah has announced the Wynn Bridge, a 548-metre infrastructure project designed to connect Wynn Al Marjan Island directly to the UAE’s leading highway network, including E311 and E611, significantly improving access from Dubai and other emirates.
According to Wynn Resorts, construction of the bridge has reached 48 per cent completion, with nine out of ten support columns already installed, and is scheduled for completion by late 2026, ahead of the planned Spring 2027 opening of Wynn Al Marjan Island.
The bridge forms part of a new boulevard that will serve the UAE’s first integrated resort, featuring a casino, which is currently under rapid development. The resort’s 71-storey signature tower has reached its full height of 299 metres, while structural work on all accommodation units is complete.
According to UAE property news analysts, the Wynn Bridge is expected to have a positive impact on the real estate sector by enhancing connectivity, reducing travel times, increasing investor confidence, and driving higher demand and property values across Al Marjan Island and surrounding areas.
