Ajmal Makan Real Estate Development achieved sales of Dh677 million during its participation in the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition (ACRES) 2026, reflecting strong demand for Waterfront Developments in the emirate. The exhibition was held at Expo Centre Sharjah from January 21 to 24.
The company said the results highlight growing investor confidence in its projects, supported by attractive locations, precise master planning, and long-term investment potential. Ajmal Makan noted that interest was also driven by its proven track record in delivering completed projects on time.
During the exhibition, the developer showcased several significant projects, including Ajmal Makan City and other residential and mixed-use developments, in line with Sharjah’s vision for sustainable urban growth.
