Abu Dhabi – UAE businesses owned by Emiratis and registered with the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development can now submit proposals to operate commercial units in Khalifa City and Mohamed Bin Zayed City. The opportunity is part of a new tender launched through the Mustaha programme, in collaboration with ADIO and the Department of Municipalities and Transport.
The bidding window runs from February 12 to March 30, 2025. UAE businesses may apply via the official eProcurement platform, in accordance with the stated guidelines. The available plots offer limited but strategic retail space aimed at strengthening community-focused commercial infrastructure in both districts.
