The Trump Organization has announced a landmark luxury project, marking its official entry into the Australian real estate market. This 91-storey skyscraper, planned for Surfers Paradise, is expected to become Australia’s tallest building.
The development is being undertaken in partnership with Altus Property Group. It has been designed as a mixed-use destination, featuring a 285-room hotel and 272 high-end residential apartments. Additionally, a three-level podium will be constructed to house a beach club and retail spaces.
Total costs for this project are estimated at over $1 billion. This expansion shows the Trump Organization continues to expand its global portfolio, following its massive success in Gulf countries such as the UAE and Oman. Construction is scheduled to begin in August, and the tower is anticipated to transform the city’s skyline through its sophisticated design and world-class services.
