Ajman, UAE – Tiger Properties, one of the UAE’s leading real estate developers, has officially launched its ambitious new project, Tiger Downtown Ajman, in the Al Aaliya area. Backed by a $10 billion investment, the development marks the company’s first major entry into the Ajman market, expanding its proven presence across Sharjah, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi.
Spanning over 4.27 million square meters, the project is designed as a fully integrated residential city featuring modern architectural design. The development will offer a wide range of homes, including studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and luxury penthouses. A central lagoon running through the city offers a unique waterfront living experience, complemented by panoramic views and thoughtfully designed, spacious residences.
Tiger Downtown Ajman will include more than 25 premium amenities to enhance residents’ lifestyles, including waterfront restaurants, landscaped gardens, sports courts, children’s play areas, an amphitheatre, interactive plazas, and a fully equipped fitness and wellness center. Luxury facilities like jacuzzis, saunas, massage rooms, and cold plunge pools are also part of the offering. The first phase will feature Orchid Towers 1 and 2, with competitively priced units and flexible payment plans of up to five years, open to all nationalities.
Engineer Amer Waleed Al Zaabi, CEO of Tiger Properties, emphasized the project’s strategic significance: “Tiger Downtown Ajman represents a major addition to our portfolio, offering prime location, modern amenities, and attractive pricing for both investors and end-users. Construction is expected to take three years, with handovers scheduled for Q4 2028.” He added that the UAE real estate market’s resilience, combined with the company’s quality execution, underpins confidence in Ajman’s growing demand.
