According to Sharjah Municipality, Wednesday, 31 December, is the final deadline to benefit from the 50 per cent discount on the fees for attesting rental contracts that were registered late.
Based on a statement issued by Sharjah Municipality, the discount is applied to rental contracts that expired before 19 September 2024.
In the statement, tenants and property owners were urged to take advantage of the 50 per cent discount initiative before the specified deadline.
Eligible applicants can benefit from this service through the “Aqari” platform on the Sharjah Digital application and website, as well as by visiting customer service centres across the Emirate of Sharjah.
