PRYPCO, the UAE-based proptech platform focused on real estate ownership, mortgage solutions, tokenisation, and investor services, has announced a major expansion of its executive leadership team.
Damien Drap has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer, Haresh Bajaj as Chief Product Officer, and Denis Agiev as Chief Technology Officer. The appointments are seen as part of the company’s next phase of growth and operational scaling.
Before joining, Drap held senior roles at Uber and co-founded Nomad Homes, where marketplace and technology operations were scaled. Bajaj previously worked at Klarna, Pleo, and Barclays, where data-driven financial products and product-led growth strategies were developed. Agiev brings over 15 years of engineering leadership experience, including at Revolut, where large-scale fintech platforms were supported.
At PRYPCO, operational strategy, product innovation, and technology infrastructure will be strengthened to support expansion across mortgage services, fractional ownership, tokenized real estate, and residency solutions.
Through these appointments, PRYPCO is being positioned for accelerated regional and international growth.
