Fay Lloyd has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Savills Middle East’s residential agency division, effective immediately. The appointment was made following more than a decade of contribution to the firm, during which Fay Lloyd was recognised for driving regional expansion across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, and Egypt. Key milestones were achieved under her leadership, including the 2017 acquisition of the Cluttons Middle East business and the launch of the regional residential agency in 2024. The residential division reported revenue of USD 50 million in 2025. From 2026, Fay Lloyd is expected to accelerate further growth and regional diversification.
