Dubai’s former Big Ben tower has been fully sold out, generating more than $700 million in revenue. The project, now known as AHS Tower, has been developed and repositioned by AHS Properties as a premium Grade A commercial building.
Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, the 69-storey tower has been redesigned to meet rising demand for high-quality office space. The clock feature, which had mirrored London’s landmark, was removed, and the facade was redesigned to create a new identity.
Strong demand has been driven by rapid business growth in Dubai, where thousands of new companies have been established in 2025.
