PropTech Connect Middle East 2026 will be hosted by the Dubai Land Department on 4–5 February 2026 at the Grand Hyatt Dubai. This event will mark the first regional edition of the global real estate technology conference in the Middle East.
The event is being organized in line with the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) and the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033. Through this initiative, digital transformation, innovation, and technology adoption in the real estate sector are being strengthened to enhance market efficiency, transparency, and global competitiveness.
More than 3,000 participants and over 1,500 companies from across the global real estate ecosystem are expected to attend. Thousands of one-to-one meetings will be facilitated through dedicated networking platforms.
