BNW Developments has unveiled plans to launch real estate projects worth Dh20 billion across the UAE in 2026, with a strong focus on the rapidly growing Ras Al Khaimah property market.
The developer is set to introduce a series of ultra-luxury, branded developments, including a five-star hotel project, as part of its upcoming pipeline. In Ras Al Khaimah alone, 12 new projects are planned across RAK Central and Al Marjan Island, with a combined built-up area exceeding 10 million square feet.
BNW Developments currently manages a portfolio exceeding Dh32 billion in gross development value across the UAE.
